スパークリングワインを造ってみました。

　ビール造りは9回目をもって今年の予定はひとまず終了しました。
来年の夏の分は確保しました。　これから冬に向かってビールはあまり飲まないのでワインでもこしらえてみようかなと思いました。本格的に造る気持ちは手間暇を考えると無いので、お手軽ワインを造ることにしました。
とりあえずスーパーで78円のグレープジュース（果汁30％）を買ってきました。その中にビール造りで余ったドライイーストを入れ様子をみることにしました。

出来上がったのがスパークリングワインでした。
加糖すればアルコール度数は上がりますが法律で禁止されているので1日で発酵を止め１％未満にします。

アップル果汁でこしらえればハロウィンで飲むシードルができます。
その他ピーチを加えれば香りが良くなります。しかし基本形はグレープです・
いろいろ試してみるのも楽しいものです。
